How does the system move on land? We offer mobility accessories that connect via our standard Omnids interface. These include plug-and-play wheel kits that offer movement at a fraction of the cost of a full Omnid system.
Can the system be used underwater? Yes. Our Aqua-ready configurations include sealed, pressure-resistant modules, adapted for submerged environments and designed to resist leakage. We also offer movement and sensor modules suited for aquatic tasks like inspection, monitoring, and exploration.

How durable are the units in extreme conditions? Our platforms are built to withstand harsh environments—from vacuum and radiation in space to pressure and salinity underwater, and temperature extremes on Earth. Terra and Aqua models are ruggedized versions of our Astra platform.

How long until delivery? This depends on the configuration and scale of your order. We’re currently entering prototype and preproduction stages, and early access units are expected to ship once testing is complete. Contact us for updated timelines.

Pre-order terms and conditions
Pre-Order Fee: Customers are required to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing the pre-order. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of the product.
Reservation and Priority: The pre-order fee secures your priority in the order queue and reserves the product for you once it becomes available.
Estimated Delivery Date: An estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of the pre-order. Please note that this date is subject to change due to unforeseen production or supply chain delays. Customers will be informed promptly of any changes.
Payment of Remaining Balance: The remaining 90% of the total product cost must be paid before the product is shipped. Payment instructions will be communicated closer to the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their pre-order at any time prior to the full payment deadline. The 10% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If TetraCubics is unable to fulfil the pre-order, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.
Product Specifications and Changes: TetraCubics reserves the right to make minor adjustments to product specifications as part of the development and manufacturing process. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Liability: TetraCubics is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
Customer Obligations: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information during the pre-order process. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pre-order.
